Cookie Policy

Necessary cookies remain active at all times. They cover authentication, security, technical load balancing, session continuity and certain anti-abuse protections.

If you tick “Remember this device for 30 days” when you sign in, where this option is offered, an additional necessary cookie keeps you signed in on that device for 30 days at most, without extension. It contains only a random identifier, is set only at your request and is removed when you sign out.

The internal audience measurement sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. To count the visitors of a day, it computes a one-day code from the IP address and the browser, mixed with a random value renewed every day and then deleted: neither the IP address nor the browser is kept, and the code cannot recognise you from one day to the next. If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded. The audience tracking implemented by the platform is configured for exclusive internal use, without cross-site matching, advertising reuse, sharing with third parties for their own purposes and with minimisation of collected data. This description applies to visits counted since 17/10/2026; older ones are described in section 6.

The platform may measure dashboard page views, interface clicks limited to non-personal technical labels, technical browsing information, performance indicators and error signals to understand product usage and improve it.

Data used for these purposes is limited to what is strictly necessary, is not used for advertising targeting and feeds aggregated internal statistics.

Preference cookies are optional. They are used to remember certain comfort, interface or display choices when such functions are active.

Statistics cookies are optional. Google Analytics, Google’s audience measurement tool, loads only after you give your consent with the “Statistics cookies” box of the banner or the “Accept” button, which accepts all categories; without this consent, no Google Analytics code is loaded. It loads only for visitors who are not signed in, on pages available without signing in, and never on an address that carries a token or personal data.

With your consent, Google receives the address and title of the pages viewed, the referring page in a reduced form, the IP address of the connection and technical information about the device and browser. Google sets its own measurement cookies (“_ga” and “_ga_…”), whose duration it sets: two years by default, extended on each visit. Consent to statistics does not by itself allow any advertising cookie.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link: measurement by Google Analytics stops immediately.

The internal audience measurement described in sections 1 and 2 does not depend on this choice: the platform also counts visits to the dashboard without asking for consent, for its internal statistics only, without tracking from one site to another or advertising use; its data stays on the platform’s servers, is not passed to any third party and is kept for 25 months at most.

On the public website, when this measure is enabled, the statistics box of the banner also covers the platform’s own cookie, “audience_rv”, set only after your consent: it contains a random identifier, valid for 180 days without extension, used to count, as overall figures, visitors who return to the website and to each therapist profile. It is never given to a third party, these figures are never shown to therapists, and withdrawing your consent deletes it immediately.

Marketing cookies are optional. They may be used for campaign attribution, remarketing or certain advertising functions when the platform chooses to enable these uses.

The internal audience measurement sets no cookie: the random value used to count the visitors of a day is renewed every day, and the previous day’s value is deleted.

Associated statistical data is retained for a maximum of twenty-five months, subject to strictly necessary security and audit needs.

Google Analytics cookies (“_ga” and “_ga_…”) are set only after you consent to statistics; Google sets their duration: two years by default, extended on each visit.

The public website’s “audience_rv” cookie lasts 180 days, without extension, like the choice made in the banner; the matching fingerprints on the server (one for the website and one per therapist profile viewed) are deleted when you withdraw your consent, and no later than 180 days after the first visit. Visits counted before 17/10/2026 keep, until they are deleted no later than 25 months after they were recorded, the identifier of the old cookie (as a fingerprint), a fingerprint of the truncated IP address and of the browser, the full path of the pages (identifiers included), the referring page and, including after signing in, the page titles and button labels. The old cookie itself is no longer used: it is deleted from your browser on your next visit to the dashboard.

The cookie banner lets users accept all categories or save more detailed choices for optional categories.

The legal pages of the dashboard remain accessible without login to allow complete prior information.
